1. Who we are and what this policy covers

PulseRise LLC (doing business as Pulse Rise or PulseRise, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates pulserise.ai. This policy covers the public website, inquiries you send to us, and information you submit through a PulseRise-branded marketing or lead form that links to this policy. You do not need an account to read this policy or contact us about privacy.

We provide business development, software, AI, staffing, communications, marketing, and related services. Browsing this website does not automatically enroll you in those services or give us access to your Google, Meta, device, or customer accounts.

Pulse Rise One / One PulseRise, the CRM and related mobile applications, have a separate app privacy policy describing their operational data and device permissions. This website policy does not replace that notice. If a contractor or another business collects your information through its own workspace, that business also controls how it uses your information. Contact it about its business records; you may also contact us for assistance identifying the appropriate workspace.

2. Information we collect and its sources

• Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, service interests, message contents, and attachments when you email, call, or otherwise contact us. If you request a proposal or purchase services, correspondence may include business requirements, billing contact details, and contract information.
• Website connection information: our hosting and security providers process information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, time of request, referring URL when supplied, and diagnostic or security events to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
• Advertising and referral inquiries: if you submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or another referring service that identifies PulseRise as the recipient, we receive the fields you submit and available form, campaign, referral, and consent information. Simply viewing our website does not give us your private social-media profile or messages.
• Information supplied on someone else’s behalf: a colleague or business partner may provide business contact information when introducing you or requesting services. Please only provide information you have authority to share, and do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry.

Consultation bookings: we use Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book, Google collects your first and last name, email address, selected appointment time and time zone, and any optional company or workflow details you provide. That information is shared with PulseRise to schedule, confirm, and follow up on the meeting. A Google Meet link is generated for the appointment. Booking a consultation does not itself subscribe you to marketing texts.

You can also contact us by email. Your email provider processes a message before it reaches us under that provider’s own terms.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to respond to questions; arrange demonstrations and consultations; prepare proposals; provide and administer requested services; maintain customer and business correspondence; send requested or permitted updates; understand the source of inquiries; troubleshoot the website; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request or performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business and responding to inquiries where those interests do not override your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

4. Cookies, local storage, and advertising

Our hosting and security infrastructure may use essential cookies, including Cloudflare security cookies, to detect automated abuse and keep the site available. These providers may process connection information even when you do not submit an inquiry.

As of the date above, this public website does not embed Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tags, or advertising remarketing scripts. We do not use information collected by this website for cross-site targeted advertising or sell website visitors’ personal information. This statement concerns this website and its inquiries, not a separate customer’s advertising campaign or a separately contracted prospect-data service.

If we introduce nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update the disclosures and provide any notices, choices, and consent mechanisms required before using them. A privacy policy is not itself consent to optional tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality. There are no optional advertising cookies to opt into on this website at present.

The consultation calendar is not embedded until you choose “View available times.” Loading it or opening the direct booking link connects your browser to Google, which may process IP address, browser information, cookies, and sign-in state under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can leave it unloaded and email us instead. Google and Meta independently process activity on their own services under their own policies. You can manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and Meta Ad Preferences. Those controls are separate from contacting PulseRise to stop its own marketing.

5. Who receives information

Access is limited to the people and organizations needed for the relevant purpose:

• Our personnel and service providers: people supporting inquiries and service delivery, and providers of website hosting, content delivery, security, email, communications, and business systems. The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers receive information needed for their services and are subject to applicable contractual and legal protections.
• Scheduling: Google Calendar and Google Meet support consultation scheduling, calendar invitations, confirmations, reminders, and meetings. Public booking pages display available slots, not the details of our private calendar events.
• People you authorize: the business or other recipient you ask us to involve in a request. We do not automatically distribute website inquiries to unrelated contractors.
• Professional advisers and legal recipients: advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or rights, address fraud or security incidents, or handle a dispute.
• Business transitions: relevant information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable privacy requirements.

Our website describes prospect-data and advertising services. Any separate engagement involving third-party prospect data requires its own source, permitted-use, and privacy assessment. This policy does not authorize selling website inquiries, bypassing a person’s opt-out, or using data without the required rights.

6. Google, Meta, and mobile applications

Google and Meta lead forms: when a form links here and you choose to submit it to PulseRise, we use that lead information to address the stated inquiry and follow up as permitted by your choices and applicable law. We do not treat submission as permission for unrelated uses. Ask us to delete that information using the instructions below.

Connected accounts: this public website does not request Google or Meta OAuth permissions or retrieve private account data through their APIs. A separately connected PulseRise application must explain the specific data and permissions it needs at the point of connection and in its own privacy notice. This page is not permission to collect additional account data.

Android and iOS: visiting this website does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, or biometric information. Optional app features, such as business calling, photos, location-based work features, notifications, and passkey sign-in, are covered by the Pulse Rise One app privacy policy and the applicable device permission prompts. You can manage granted permissions in your device settings. Store privacy disclosures and in-app notices must reflect the features and data practices of the particular app version.

A link to Google, Meta, Apple, or a store does not imply that those organizations endorse this policy or have approved our services.

7. Email, telephone, and text communications

If you contact us, we may respond through the channel you provided. Marketing communications require any consent required by law; merely visiting the site is not consent to marketing calls or texts. You can unsubscribe using a marketing email’s instructions or contact us directly. We may still send nonmarketing messages necessary to address a request, maintain a service, or meet legal obligations.

For an SMS program you choose to join, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance where supported, or email jacob@pulserise.ai. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process that information only to support the requested communications.

If a call or service interaction is to be recorded, transcribed, or handled by an AI agent, the relevant service must provide the notice and obtain any consent required for that interaction. This policy alone does not authorize recording.

8. Retention, security, and processing locations

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including answering an inquiry, maintaining an ongoing business relationship, delivering contracted services, keeping required records, addressing security incidents, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and whether there is a legal hold. We do not apply one fixed retention period to every record.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it under the relevant process. Some information may remain in restricted backups until their normal replacement cycle, or be retained where required or permitted by law. If a deletion request has an exception, we will explain the applicable reason rather than represent that all records were erased.

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS for supported site connections and access controls. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive credentials through ordinary email.

PulseRise is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to the transfer; you may contact us for information about the relevant arrangement.

9. Your privacy rights and deletion requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or delete personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to processing; and opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Not all rights apply in every situation. We do not sell or share website visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such website processing to opt out of at present.

For Pulse Rise One app accounts or contractor-controlled records, identify the workspace and account email so we can route the request appropriately. Removing a connected app from Google or Meta stops future authorized access but does not by itself request deletion of records already received; send us a deletion request as well. A deletion request does not require you to create another account.

If we deny a request and your jurisdiction provides an appeal right, reply to the decision or email the same address with “Privacy appeal.” You may also complain to your applicable data-protection authority or state attorney general. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Browser privacy signals do not change the fact that this site currently has no sale or targeted-advertising processing; contact us for any other privacy request.

10. Children and third-party websites

This website and its business services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the website. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Links may take you to other services, including our separately operated applications and third-party platforms. Their applicable privacy notices govern their collection and use of information. Review those notices before supplying personal information.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before the relevant new processing begins.
